After moving here to start Kindergarten a million years ago, the owner has worked her way up through local real estate marketing opportunities. Earning a degree in Mass Communications with concentrations in Public Relations and Print/Editorial Writing (graduating Summa Cum Laude!), Katie Hioki has consistently committed to promoting Pagosa Springs and the incredible people and homes you’ll find in Archuleta County and surrounding areas. After joining forces with her real-life life and business partner (and husband), Kirk, she has built a business offering the latest technology with the fastest service at the most reasonable prices.
Recently, the resident teenager, Lorelei, has committed her summers and days off school to apprenticing in the family business in an attempt to earn enough to pay for insurance and contribute to the odd carton of eggs.
